Monitor who authorise and regulate NHS foundation trusts and support their development, ensuring they are well-governed and financially robust

Foundation Trust Governors Association is the national representative body for foundation trust governors and works alongside Monitor and the Foundation Trust Network to support governors.

Foundation Trust Network (FTN) represents the views and promotes the common interests of NHS foundation trusts and those aspiring to foundation trust status.

Department of Health is the government department responsible for public health issues
