Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Members’ Meeting 2018
Update - please note papers are now available here.
We would like to invite you to North East Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust’s combined Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Members’ Meeting on 27 September 2018.
This is an important event in our calendar, enabling us to provide the public, our members, staff, Governors and valued stakeholders with our review of 2017/18. The event marks the formal presentation of our Annual Report and Accounts for 2017/18, including the Quality Report.
This year we are delighted to announce that Alan Foster, the regional lead for the development of the Integrated Care System in the North East and Cumbria, will be delivering a keynote speech on the importance of integration and the benefits this can bring to patients.
Our Foundation Trust members will be able to vote on a number of constitutional amendments which impact upon the role or power of the Governors (please bring some identification with you so that we can verify that you are a member if you wish to participate in the vote).
You will have the opportunity to meet the Board of Directors and ask questions during the meeting as part of the Open Forum.
The event will take place from 2:00 pm at:
Wallsend Town Hall,
High Street East,
Wallsend,
North Tyneside
NE28 7RR
If you would like to attend, please let us know in advance by registering on Eventbrite at the following link: https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/agm-annual-members-meeting-tickets-49379523484
