Equality Diversity and Inclusion Plan
Our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Plan was renewed in 2023 to ensure that we continue to uphold our commitment to being an inclusive employer.

The plan sets out our commitments, aims and objectives to advance equality and promote social inclusion. We recognise our responsibilities as an employer to do the following:
- Provide equal opportunities for our staff
- Eliminate discrimination in all forms
- Engage and consult with staff, patients and stakeholders
- Foster good relations in our activities as an employer, service provider and partner

This plan has been designed in response to our requirements under the Equality Act (2010), our Public Sector Equality Duty (PSED) and supports us to meet our mandated responsibilities in relation to the NHS Equality Delivery System, Workforce Race Equality Standard and the Workforce Disability Equality Standard and Gender Pay Audit.
