We regularly receive compliments and thank you messages for our staff from all sections of our organisations, which are passed on to the staff involved.

The daughter of a patient we recently took to hospital said:
“They treated my mum with dignity and respect, were very kind and reassuring both to her and me.
"Despite the fact the service was extremely busy, they were professional and methodical in their delivery of care, nothing was too much trouble. A great big thank you.”
The daughter of another patient we recently took to hospital told us:
“The paramedic response time was breath-taking – he must have used a rocket.
"I am aware that the Health Service is not short of its critics, but it’s hard to imagine how this performance could have been bettered.
"The team reassured my mother in a caring and compassionate manner worthy of the highest praise. They even managed to make her laugh.
"Well done and thankyou.”
The mother of a patient who recently needed us contacted us to thank the paramedic who came to his aid:
"His manner and the way he treated my family was impeccable.
"I've not seen compassion like it for a long long time, he was amazing. An absolute gentleman."
The wife of a patient recently attended to by our crews said:
"The crew were so kind. They treated my husband with respect and had a good laugh with him."
A patient contacted us to thank the ambulance care assistant on our Patient Transport Service who recently transported him home from a hospital appointment:
"He explained everything concisely to me throughout and saw me safely with luggage indoors in my home.
"He did everything - and more - that was required. His manner and methods were excellent. He's an absolute credit to himself and the ambulance service."
