Positive Action Blog May 2021

I have been a little quiet here lately, however behind the scenes it’s has been all go! We have successfully trained our first group of community ambassadors and they have all been sent their packs to begin their work in communities across the North east.

The training day is an excellent introduction to the role of community ambassador where you earn about our services and take away key messages to share in the community. It was great to see such diversity on our screens, with everyone taking part engaging and participating in all the modules. I can’t wait to hear how they all get on putting their training into practice.

The training has been purposefully made easy to understand and is suitable for different levels of English speakers. Our next training group is due in the next few weeks – please get in touch with me to be involved.
