Cllr Matt Wilson

I live in North Shields, which I also represent as a local councillor on North Tyneside Council.  It's a fantastic town - if you've never been, come and pay us a visit - we do the best fish & chips in the North East!

In my day job I work as a management consultant helping charities to be more effective and to better evidence the difference that they make.  The work is very varied and introduces me to lots of amazing people who are really making a big impact.

I'm quite a keen runner and can be found most Saturday mornings at the Whitley Bay Park Run.  Sometimes I ventrue further afield as a bit of a Park Run tourist.  Let me know if you have a Park Run near you that I should try out.
