Governor

We have an elected Council of Governors made up of 21 public governors, 4 staff governors and 9 appointed governors. These people oversee and scrutinize our business and performance.

All of our Governors have declared where - through either their work or personal connections - there may be a conflict between the interests of the NEAS Trust and their own and details are held on a Register which is updated annually.  This is available for inspection.  The Trust also maintains an up-to-date Register of Governors which again, is available for inspection, in accordance with the Trust Constitution.
