Abseil down Bamburgh Castle for the Community First Responders Charity

Are you up for an exhilarating experience!

Then why don't you join in with a sponsored abseil down the Constable Tower at Bamburgh Castle on Saturday 25th August.

The event has been organised to help to raise money for the Community First Responders (CFR) who are nominated as charity of the year by Bamburgh Castle.

The money raised will enable the team to buy kits and equipment for the CFRs, who respond to emergency calls within a three miles radius of their home. After being alerted by the ambulance service, they will attend incidents such as heart attacks, respiratory arrest, chest pains, and many more.

If you are interested in taking part, then please contact Alex Wheeler Community Resuscitation Officer  on 07951 0750 44 or email: alexandra.wheeler@neas.nhs.uk

Please be aware that a minimum of £50 must be raised to take part.
