Ring of confidence! NEAS duo connect with judges at contact centre awards
Amy and Neil do the double
The great and glamorous from Britain's contact centre world
gathered in Londonfor the equivalent of the industry's Oscar's
ceremony - with NEAS collecting two honours!
Amy Proud took the bronze award in the Team Manager section,
with NEAS Recruitment Manager Neil Gatenby picking up the bronze in
the Recruitment Champion category.
Nominations came from a wide range of organisations across
the UK, including the likes of British Gas, the DVLA and Tesco, and
followed months of on-site visits from the judges.
Amy and Neil were presented with their honours in front of an
audience of 550 professionals at the 5 Star Grange Tower Bridge
Hotel in London on the 15th May 2014.
The UK National Contact Centre awards are now in their
19th year and recognise those individuals who are role
models, working to make their call centres professional and
