Help us set our Quality Priorities

Help us set our Quality Priorities

North East Ambulance Service is seeking views from our patients, staff, governors and stakeholders to help set next year's quality priorities.

Quality Accounts are annual reports to the public from NHS healthcare providers about the quality of services they deliver.

As well as reviewing the Trust’s performances against previous year’s quality objectives, Quality Accounts also set out quality priority areas which each trust will focus on for improvement and every year our Trust Board agrees a number of key quality priorities across the areas of patient safety, patient experience and clinical effectiveness.

To help develop those priorities, we consider themes arising from incidents, complaints, service users and staff feedback and we welcome the views of our patients, staff, governors and stakeholders.

We have set out a number of proposed priorities for next year and have set up a brief online survey to help us confirm and shape them.

This survey is available here and is open until  23 May.

If you want to know more about our previous quality priorities, these can be found on our website here.
