Mental Health Awareness Week, 18-24 May

This week is national mental health awareness week and this year’s focus is about kindness.

We will be sharing some helpful tips and information this week to positively help your mental health, especially through COVID19.  

The Mental Health Foundation has chosen to focus on kindness for this year as showing acts of kindness can help our mental health.
