In November, North East Ambulance Service launched a new quarterly e-zine for our stakeholders, entitled Ambulance Matters.
Aimed specifically at other public sector organisations and our commissioners, Ambulance Matters went live on 21 November and will be published quarterly.
Each edition combines news articles with important information about NEAS services, such as how the trust is responding to winter pressures and changes to the way GPs book urgent transport.
Yvonne Ormston, Chief Executive, said: "I believe very firmly in partnership and I’m really keen to talk to our stakeholders about how we can improve our services, and how we might be able to support each other by working more closely.
"As an organisation we do have some challenges, which we are working on. Hopefully this will prove evident through our on-going dialogue, but also through the pages of Ambulance Matters."
