We regularly carry out a number of surveys.
We use electronic tablet, website and postal surveys to collect patients' views of our Patient Transport Service and we also undertake postal surveys with patients of the NHS 111 service and our Emergency Care 999 service.
We take your views and feed them back to our board, committees and services for action. We do listed to your views and we are making changes to services as a result of feedback.
Patients are at the heart of care within the NHS and we want to give patients and carers more information, choice and control over how their care is delivered and to strengthen the voice of the public.
