She has a willingness to share skills, knowledge and expertise and with her positive attitude, she is a great role model. She values on going learning and growth in the field and provides guidance and constructive feedback to the apprentices to help them develop and progress within the role, which is vital to ensuring we have suitably trained staff who embody our values and make a difference.
