Information requests

Request information held by the Trust

The Freedom of Information Act 2000 gives you the right to ask any public sector organisation for all the recorded information they hold on any subject. This is called a Freedom of Information Request.

Separately, the Data Protection Act 1998 gives any individual the right to request access to all the information an organisation holds about them personally. This is called a Subject Access Request.
