Patient feedback

If you’ve used our service, we’d love to hear feedback about your experience, good or bad.

Receiving your feedback helps us identify what’s working well and where any improvements are needed to our service. We work hard to make sure our patients are treated fairly and with respect, and we always welcome your thoughts on our service.

There are a number of ways you can share your thoughts with us.

In this section of the website you can:

  • Complete a survey informing us about your experience of our services;
  • Contact PALS and receive support for queries or concerns
  • Make a compliment or complaint;   
  • Contact your local HealthWatch group
  • Get details of the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
  • Care Quality Commission

Any contact with the Patient Experience Team will not adversely affect the service provided by the Trust and any person raising a concern will not be treated differently.
