With over 1 million calls coming into our Emergency Operations Centre every year, and over 500 paramedics responding to emergencies across the North East every day, helping in life-threatening situations is at the heart of what we do.
But it’s not all we do. We provide a wide range of services to ensure patients across the region receive the very best pre-hospital treatment when they come into the care of the NHS.

We have a specific section for Deaf and BSL users. In this section all of our videos have BSL interpreter / Deaf translators and subtitles.
